Mosaic is the most interesting form of art. I think it is the truest example of how life really is. You search for all the little pieces, right size right color, then you try to put them all together and make something beautiful that people will remember. Most of the time no one ever sees all the little pieces, only the big picture....sad...the story is in all the little pieces. See the blouse she is wearing....there is a little purl edge stitch around the uneven hem, and a little bell sleeve at bracelet length, and a twisted border soft frame that drapes from collar bone to collar bone...and all you saw was a sexy black shirt. Look closer at everything my friends. There is always a story...always.
